Holiday Craft Fair Vendor Information

Celebrate the season with crafts, coffee, and Christmas cheer!

Join us for A Latte Vino’s Holiday Craft Fair on December 14th, 9 AM - 1 PM in our parking lot! This festive event features artisan crafts, live Christmas-themed music, photos with Santa, and delicious treats, including coffee, hot chocolate, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries available for purchase inside.

 

Vendor booths are 10x10, with setup starting at 7:30 AM. Vendors must be ready by 9 AM and stay until the event concludes. The booth fee is only $50. The deadline to apply as a vendor is December 9th, so don’t miss out!

Holiday Craft Fair Vendor Terms and Agreement

This agreement is between A Latte Vino ("Organizer") and the undersigned Vendor ("Vendor") for the Holiday Craft Fair on December 14th, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

  1. Vendor Fee: A nonrefundable fee of $50 is required to secure a booth. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice.

  2. Booth Space: The approximate booth size is 10x10. Vendors must provide their own setup materials (tables, chairs, etc.).

  3. Product Restrictions: Vendors agree not to sell licensed, trademarked, or copyrighted products without proper authorization.

  4. Promotion: Vendors agree to share and promote the Holiday Craft Fair on their social media pages and website.

  5. Non-Attendance: If the Vendor does not attend the event, the fee remains nonrefundable.

  6. Setup and Teardown: Vendors agree to have set up no later than 9:00 AM to stay until the end of the event and not tear down until after 1 PM.

By clicking the 'agree' checkbox, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Craft Fair.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, we’ll contact you with an online invoice for the $50 booth fee. Payments can then be made securely online using a credit card.
